ตอนนี้ ได้ FB ประมาณ  315ได้ลูกค้ารายใหญ่  3 ราย ซื้อรวมกัน ประมาณ $4000 เหรียญ ลูกค้าเป็นลูกค้าเก่าทั้งหมด ถอนได้ประมาณ $215มีรอชำระและกำลัง  Bid อีก $3500
แต่ก่อนไม่เคยโดน Holdนะคะ  สืบเนื่องมาจebay ประเมินให้เรา อยู้ในพวก Below  Standard เพราะค่าdSR sHIPPING มันเป็น 4 แต่ebay กำหนดให้ Max count เป็น 3 ถ้าผ่านเกณท์นี้จะได้เป็น
Top Rate Seller  เราเคยมีจน .Ebay โทรมาหา 2  ครั้ง บอกว่าเราใส่เป็น Free Shipping ทุกรายการ เพื่อจะได้เป็น  Top Rate Seller เราบอกว่าเราทำไม่ได้หรอก เพราะเราจะไม่ได้ กำไรเลย ตัวอย่างเช่น ขายกำไลหยกหุ้มเงิน ราคาในตลาดที่เมืองไทยประมาณ 1500 บาท เรา ใช้ราคาตั้งต้น $45 Sh cost $9 เหรียญ มีคนมา Bid แต่ถ้าเป็น $55 เหรียญ Free shipping  ไม่มีคนมา Bid เลย

จากการที่เรายังไม่ได้เป็น Top rate Seller ทำให้เราไม่ได้ ส่วนลด 20% จาก Ebay ทำให้เราต้องเสียค่าเช่าร้าน  ค่า ธรรมเนียมต่างๆ ประมาณ เดือนละ $500-$700  และก็ส่งผลมาถึง Payment Hold ยอดใหญ่ด้วย

เราไปอ่านในคู่มือกฎใหม่ของ Ebay บอกว่า ถ้าเราสามารถส่งของวันเดียวกับลูกค้าชำระเงิน ใส่ Trace_no ลงไป
ในกรณีที่เรา ไม่ได้ใช้บริการของ Fed Ex หรือ UPS  PP จะคืนเงินบางส่วนภายใน 24 ชม ของเราใช้บริการไปรษณีย์ไทย
PP จะคืนเงินบางส่วนภายใน 7 วัน ถ้าเราไม่รีบส่งของ เงินเราจะถูก Hold ไปถึงเดือนหน้า ลูกค้าที่ส่งของไปอยู่อเมริกา คาดว่าคงได้รับของประมาณเดือนหน้าพอดี ในช่วงเดือนธค มค ลูกค้าจากอเมริกา จะได้รับของช้ากว่าปกติเนื่องจากติดวันหยุดยาวและปริมาณ Package มากกว่าปกติ เพราะลูกค้าอยากได้รับของก่อนวันวาเลนไทน์

อยากรู้ว่าเพื่อนคนไหนมีประสบการร์แบบเราบ้างและมีวิธีแก้ไขที่เร็วกว่านี้หรือไม่ พอดีเราเป็นนายหน้าขายของเก่า เราต้องออกเงินไปซื้อของก่อนประมาณ สามหมื่นบาท ถ้าลูกค้า lot ใหม่ จ่ายเงินมา คาดว่า Payment เราคงถูก Hold และต้องจ่ายเงินออกไปก่อนเช่นกัน

ยอดขายประมาณสามแสน ถึงสี่แสนค่ะ โทรไปหา PP ที่สิงคโปร์แล้ว โทรไปหา Ebay ที่ US จะคุยกัย manager สายหลุด ebay ส่ง Servey มาหา  เลยตอบกลับไปว่า มันเหมือนกับการปล้นเงิน รีดเลือดกับปู ออก Policy ออกมาขัดกับ Policy เดิม มีปัญหาหลายอย่างที่ sellers ถามไปแล้วตอบไม่ได้

I called to PP Singapore about Hold Fund. He said it was a New Rule of Ebay. PP has to follow the Ebay's Rule. He said there were many complaints about Hold Funds. Firstly, some sellers follow the instruction how to release a fund quickly but in fact , the fund wont not be released like it said 3 days or 7days. Secondly many sellers pay for the rent via paypal  or they wanted to do a partial refund to their customers because of one item is damaged but their fund was hold and it was not release on time like it said on ebays.  They might lose a customer if the cannot do a partial refunds

 

Please tell me the link of ebay or PP to raise these problem.

I Think all sellers should go to this link and make a compaint. Someone told me that it was user agreement . And the top management dont have time to to read information from Discussion Board  I cannot change anything.

 

I dont agree with this idea.  If you set a new Agreement, you have to answers 50% questions and fix seller problems about Hold Fund . If you cannot answer 50% questions, It would be nice if you stay away and dont do anything that is not make sense

 

In the US , do you have a rule to sue a company that make a sellers to lose their business opportunity?

อีเบย์มีกฏแปลกให้คนขายปวดหัวอยู่เสมอค่ะ
มีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับ dsr ต่ำกว่ามาตราฐาน โดนแบนขาย 3 เดือนเป็นอย่างน้อยไม่มีการเตือนล่วงหน้า คนขายต้องหมั่นดู dsr เอง ข้อนี้เงินอาจ hold ไว้ 15-20 วัน 

ขายดีเกินไปเงินเข้าเยอะผิดปกติ hold 30 วันแน่นอน ช่วง hold ภายใน 7 วันมีลูกค้าให้ dsr มาอยูี่ในเกณฑ์ สำหรับการขายได้ในครั้งถัดไปจะไม่ hold ไว้ แต่เงินที่ hold ไว้ก็ต้องรอไป 30 วัน 
โทรสอบถามที่สิงคโปร์ได้รับคำตอบว่าต้องรออย่างเีดียวค่ะ ทำไรไม่ได้เลย

ครั้งแรก 100 $ หายไปเลย ส่งเอกสารไปก็แล้ว โทรตามก็แล้ว 
ครั้งที่ 2 โดน Hold อีก 300$ กดยกเลิกและ refund ในระบบเพราะคิดคงจะไม่เงินแน่นอน แต่ก็ได้คืนมาในที่สุด ไม่รู้ว่า pp ใช้วิธีการตรวจสอบยังไง งง เหมือนกัน

My fund was hold more than $4000 . It was hold after 10 Jan . I can survive in ebay because of my returning customer.

 

Ebay announced the topic how seller get yr fund quickly.

 

1 It seems that ebay wanted to force sellers to print Ebay label and use the service from Fed EX or UPS

 

2 in the next paragraph, it said what if you dont print ebay label

case 1 fund to be released after 3 days if you use Fed EXor UPS

case 2 fund to be released after 7 days if you marked ship and provide trace_no

Case 3 fund to be released after 21 days if  you dont marked ship date

 

From  my understanding, I use the service of Thai post office.I send my package like EMS and I provided trace_no in each transaction. I ship immedieately after I got the payment

 

So my situation should be in case 2 . If I miss understanding , please explain to me . I spent $80 for calling to HK and US and Chat with CS in HK but all of them cannot answer my questions. Now my 3 customers received their packages  and wrote the comment and said Great seller .quick shipment and items as described.My fund should be released around $1700

I need this money to manage my cash flow and pay some rent

 

My problems

 

1 My fund is not released .

in most often question , someone asked Is it fund be released after I got a positive feedback

ebay ans# feedback is not indicated the fullfilment because buyers recived a feedback even they havn't received a package

many CS want to use this answer to answer my questions.

I ask them how many % that buyers gave a feedback before receiving a package . They said customers often make a complaint that they did not get a package .I said buyer cannot open the case to ask a full refund. I asked back How many % of buyer give a feedback and give a comment. If you cannot tell me the exactly no, you are a Theft

 

2 My 2rd question if a seller wanted to give a partial refund to customers or pay ebay rent via paypal

 

CS said I should pay it via credit card . I said I could not pay slip for a credit card because I have cash flow problem. You hold of my money

 

3 My 3rd .If a buyer bought 2 books in a store and paid immediatly but sellers found that they were sold out . He wanted to give a full refund to a customers but he cannot do it because his payment was hold

 

CS said I should give a full refund by using a credit card or call ebay that you want to give a full refund to a buyer.

 

ebays said sellers should give a good service and delight yr buyers but after it announced this policy. It is not help sellers to improve their service. Ebay CEO told CNN that both sellers and buyers got a benefit for this policy.But the one who control everything got many huge benefits.They rob yr money

 

4 I asked how many %$ ebay got from UPS and Fed ex . If you wanted sellers to use only these services . You should make it clear on paper

 

5 CS said he was very appreciate to listen about my complaint about ebay policy. I said I need someone to answer my questions and fix my problems , I dont need someone to listen my problem.That make me angry

 

6 When I called to US  and asked 4 questions above , CS cannot answers my questions and made the line disconnected

Whenever you call to the US and Chat with CS, Ebay will send the servey via yr mail to ask you about yr opinion about their services but CS in HK and CS in US never send this servey to me

 

Can anyone advice me? It seems there is no place for a small seller like me

eBay customer service can not help you. Your efforts there have been fruitless, and if you continue to call eBay, those ongoing efforts will be equally fruitless.

 

Your issue is with PayPal. So if you require clarification, those would be the people to call or communicate with.
 

Here is the estimated delivery time for one of your sales copied from a listing.

 

"Delivery: Estimated between Mon. Feb. 13 and Mon. Feb. 27"

 

So as a buyer, if I purchase that item, I can expect it generally around those dates.

 

PayPal policy states that funds are typically released after 21 days. The operative word here being "typically". So the possibility exists that your funds are being held beyond that 21 day time frame based upon your shipping methods and estimated delivery/transit time frames.

 

That is only one issue among potentially several issues.

 

But the bottom line here is that to overcome this situation, you would need to ship by a faster method, and one that provides online proof of delivery.

 

I understand that part of this problem is a language issue. But if you require additional clarification, the people to talk to are the PayPal people. They have direct access to your account information, and can speak with authority in terms of why your funds are on hold, and explain to you how best to overcome this moving forward.
