เป็นที่รู้กันว่า ปัญหาของ Adsense เวลาโดนแบนนั้น ไม่มีอะไรโลกแตกไปกว่า Invalid Click อีักแล้ว เพราะนอกจากท่านจะไม่ได้เงินแทบจะแน่นอนแล้ว (เมื่อเทียบกับข้อหา Low Quality ซึ่งส่วนมากจะได้แม้โดนแบน) ยังทำให้แอคเค้านท์ของหลายท่านที่ล็อกอินจากเครื่องเดียวกัน แม้ว่าจะไม่โกง แต่จะโดนข้อหา Related เต็ม ๆ (เป็นข้อควรระวังสำหรับท่านที่ล็อกอินหลายอันจากเครื่องเดียวกัน) เรามาดูกันว่า วิธีที่จะเอาคืน ทำอย่างไรได้บ้าง
1. อย่าตอบเมล์ที่ Google ส่งมากลับไปครับ แต่ให้ไปกรอกฟอร์มเพื่อการนี้โดยเฉพาะ
ที่นี่ครับ 2. กรอกรายละเอียดให้ครบ รายละเอียดต่าง ๆ ให้เหมือนแอคเค้านท์ Adsense ของคุณ แสดงให้เห็นว่า คุณซีเรียสกับการ Appeal ครั้งนี้
3. พยายามแต่งเมล์ให้เป็นทางการที่สุด อย่าให้มีคำผิด แกรมม่าอย่าเพี้ยน คิดตอนแต่งว่าเหมือนแต่งจดหมายไปสมัครงานกับบริษัทใหญ่ ๆ น่ะครับ ที่สำคัญ อย่าด่า อย่าหัวเสีย อย่าส่งซ้ำ ๆ ถี่ ๆ ในช่วงแรก เพราะจะทำให้เมล์ของท่านโดนเขวี้ยงเข้ากรุอย่างรวดเร็ว
4. บอกกับ Google ว่า เราพร้อมที่จะให้ความร่วมมือกับพวกเค้าในทุกวิถีทางในการตรวจสอบ Invalid Click (เป็นทางเดียวที่คุณทำได้ตอนนี้)
5. ทิ้งไว้ซัก 3-4 วัน หาก Google ไม่ตอบกลับมา ค่อยส่งไปอีกรอบ และเหมือนเิดิม อย่าหัวเสียเด็ดขาด แนะนำว่า ให้ส่งไฟล์ไปให้พวกเค้าดูด้วย เช่น Server Log File หรือ IP ที่ท่านสงสัยว่าเข้ามาถี่ ๆ และเข้ามาบอมบ์แอดของท่าน เพื่อแสดงให้เห็นว่า อยากจะร่วมมือจริง ๆ จะทำให้พวกเค้าหันมาสนใจและช่วยให้ตรวจสอบได้ง่ายขึ้น
