ให้ลองส่งคำร้องไปอีกผ่านทาง Contact Support ดูครับ บางทีก็อุทธรได้ แต่โอกาสได้มันน้อยมากจริงๆ

เหมือนว่าระบบตรวจสอบเจอว่าเคยมี Account อยู่ก่อนหน้านี้แล้วทำการสมัครมาใหม่หรือเปล่าครับ
เคสของผมนิ คือเกิดมาจากการเปิดหน้าเว็บร้านอเมซอนของตัวเองใน เน็ตเวิร์คสาธารณะครับ แล้วทีนี้ระบบเหมือนตรวจเจอว่า เน็ตเวิร์คสาธารณะมีคนเคยเปิดการใช้งานไอดีอเมซอนมาก่อนครับ แล้วไอดีนั้นโดนแบน ซึ่งตามกฏของอเมซอน เขาไม่อนุญาติให้ใช้เน็ตเวิร์คเวลาทำร่วมกับคนอื่นครับ ผมเลยโดนสั่งปิดร้าน ซึ่งตอนแรกผมได้อุทรณ์ไปแล้วครับ ผลออกมาคือไม่ผ่านครับ โดนสั่งปิด ผมเลยติดต่อไปที่ คอนแทคเซ็นเตอร์ของอเมซอนครับ ไปเปิดเคสกับทางอเมซอน ว่าทำไมเราถึงถูกระงับการใช้งาน และเราจะแก้ไขได้อย่างไร สักพักมีเมลจากอเมซอนติดต่อกลับมาครับ ว่าเขาตัดสินผิดพลาด ซึ่งทำให้ร้านของคุณอาจจะขายได้อีกครั้ง ผมได้เข้าไปดูหน้าร้านของผมครับ ละสถานะกลับมาแอคทีฟเหมือนเดิมครับ :'(
