หัวข้อ: Re: ช่วยด้วยครับโดน lock Account Godaddy เริ่มหัวข้อโดย: kiwitccc ที่ 19 พฤษภาคม 2013, 13:35:11 ที่บอกไม่ผ่านคือเค้าตอบมาว่าไม่ผ่าน หรือว่าเพิ่งส่งไปเค้ายังไม่ตอบครับ ผมเคยโดนเพราะใส่ชื่อไม่ตรงบัตรเครดิต ส่งหลักฐานไปประมาณอาทิตย์กว่าครับถึงจะเคลีย แต่โดเมนที่ซื้อต้องไปซื้อใหม่เพราะเค้ายกเลิกการซื้อของเราที่มีปัญหา
ข้อแนะนำคือ ไม่ต้องโทรไปให้เปลืองตังครับ ตอนผมโทรไปถามนู่นนี่นั่นเราก็บอกทุกอย่างไป สุดท้ายเค้าบอกว่า ต้องรอต่อไปตอบอะไรไม่ได้เป็นงานของแผนกอื่น ... โทรไปเสียเวลา รออย่างเดียวก็ดีอยู่แล้วครับ หัวข้อ: Re: ช่วยด้วยครับโดน lock Account Godaddy เริ่มหัวข้อโดย: Phromphat ที่ 19 พฤษภาคม 2013, 14:16:20 สาเหตุหลักๆก็คง ชื่อในบัตรเครดิตกับชื่อที่ใช้สมัครไม่ตรงกันครับ ถ้าเป็นกรณีนี้ต้องให้เจ้าของบัตรเครดิตยืนยันพร้อมแนบสำเนาบัตรของเจ้าของบัตรเครดิตพร้อมบัตรประชาชนไปด้วยครับ
