ลืม ftp: user/password ของ dreamhost ทำไงดีครับ

พอดีผมลืม ftp:  user/password ของ dreamhost ทำไงดีครับ

ตอนนี้เข้า ftp: ไม่ได้ ทำเครื่องใหม่ข้อมูลที่เก็บไว้หายครับ

Forgot Password แล้วกรอก email ครับ ไม่รู้ว่าจะได้หรือป่าว

ติดต่อ support ก็ได้ค่ะ เคยลืมเหมือนกัน 
ถ้าเข้า account ได้ ก็เข้าไปเช็คเองก็ได้ค่ะ
You can change your password through the panel by navigating to
Users>Manage Users> clicking the Edit button next to the user password
you would like to change.

หรือให้เค้าส่ง พาสให้ก็ได้ค่ะ
