สืบเนื่องจากกระทู้

ผมจึงเห็นว่าน่าจะนำมารวบรวมไว้ สำหรับ เพื่อนๆ ที่ต้องการ ติดต่อ ในหัวข้อต่างๆ
ก็สามารถมาก็อบเอาจากที่นี่ได้เลยครับ

ก็ที กูเกิ้ลมันยังส่ง standard format มาให้เราได้ ทำไมเราจะส่งกลับหามันมั่งไม่ได่ล่ะครับ จริงไหม

มันคง งง เนาะ อีเมลจากเมืองไทย ทำไม่แมร่ง เหมือนกันหมดเลยฟระ 555 เอาคืน

ปล. ปัจจุบันกูเกิ้ลสามารถเข้าใจ และโต้ตอบเป็นภาษาไทยได้แล้ว แต่จดหมายภาษาอังกฤษก็ยังอาจจะจำเป้นสำหรับท่านที่ต้องการความรวดเร็วครับ

1. จดหมายเพื่อบอกว่าเราไปทำกิจกรรมบางอย่างเพื่อโปรโมทเวบ (ต้องไม่ผิดกฏด้วยนะ) อาจจะทำไห้มีทราฟิกพุ่งกระฉูดแบบก้าวกระโดด เป็นที่ต้องสงสัย เราจึงส่งสาส์นเพื่อไปรายงานยังเมืองหลวง ว่าเราไม่ได้คิดก่อกบฎนะ ดังนี้

หลังจากที่งมหากระทู้ตัวเองซะตั้งนานในห้อง tutorial ปรากฏว่า admin เปิดห้องใหม่ แล้วย้ายการะทู้ผมมาไว้ที่นี่

2. จดหมายอันที่สองที่ถือว่าเป็นจดหมายยอดฮิต สำหรับมือใหม่เลยทีเดียว นั่นคือจดหมายที่ต้องการแจ้งไปยัง เมืองหลวง ว่าตอนนี้ เมืองหน้าด่าน (เวบของเรา) กำลังถูกบอมบ์อย่างหนัก ซึ่งจะจริงหรือเปล่าไม่รู้ เพราะบางทีเราติด adstracker/adlogger ไว้ แล้วมันโชว์ว่ามีรายการคลิกจากไอพีเดียวกันอย่างต่อเนื่อง จึ้กๆๆๆๆๆๆๆๆๆๆๆๆๆๆๆ

ซึ่งก็ทำให้เราไม่สบายใจ จึงต้องส่งสาส์นไปยังเมืองหลวงถึงเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้น

Recently, I have found that there are unusual clicks have been generated on my Adsense ads on this website and I am really concerned about them.

Please could you kindly have a look the attached screenshot of the adsense click statistics, which I have implemented on my website. I noticed that I got clicks from same ips in a very short period of time. I am not sure whether this is kind of click attack, if so, please could you suggest whether they are invalid clicks and how to prevent from this activity.

Grateful if you can do further investigate that those clicks are invalid and credit money from those clicks back to adverstisers

แปลอย่างคราวๆ ก็คือว่า ตอนนี้เราพบว่ามีการกระหน่ำคลิกโฆษณา บนเวบเรา อยากให้ช่วยตรวจสอบให้ด้วยจากหลักฐานที่แนบส่งไปให้ และถ้ามันเป็น invalid clicks เราก็ยินดีที่จะให้คืนเงินจากคลิกเหล่านั้น กลับไปยัง advertiser ผแต่โปรดอย่าแบน...(ห่ะห่ะ อันนี้ผมพูดเองนะครับ)

สำหรับท่านที่อยากลองแต่งจดหมายเอง ผมได้ทำ คำว่า kindly ซึ่งคำคำนี้ เป็นคำที่สุภาพ ออกไปในแนวขอร้อง ถ้าตัวมันไปอยู่ที่ไหน มันจะทำให้ประโยคนั้นดูอ่อนน้อม ไม่ก้าวร้าว ซึ่งผมแนะนำนำอย่างมากให้เพื่อนๆ ใส่มันลงไปในอีเมลที่ติดต่อกับกูเกิ้ล (แต่อย่าใส่มากไปนะครับ มันจะกลายเป็นดูไม่งาม...เหมือน keyword spamming 5555)

ปล. สำหรับท่านที่ใช้ adlogger ระวังนิดนะครับ เพราะโปรแกรมตัวนี้ใช้หลักการ  on mouse over คือเพียงแค่ลูกค้าเอาเม้าส์ไปวางบน ads มันก็นับเป็นคลิกทันที ถึงแม้ว่าจะยังไม่ได้คลิกจริงๆ ซึ่งผมลองแล้วก็เป็นแบบนั้นจริงๆครับ
ซึ่งบางที อาจทำให้เราตกใจไปเอง ระวังๆ นิดนะครับ

และสุดท้าย แต่ไม่ท้ายสุด นั่นคืออีเมล์ประเภทนี้ ห้ามส่งไปบ่อยเกินนะครับ เพรามันไม่มีประโยชน์หากส่งเกินกว่า 1 ครั้ง เพราะโดยปกติเขาก็จะดูแล และคอย monitor เวบเราอย่างใกล้ชิดอยู่แล้ว หลังจากส่งอีเมล์ฉบับแรกไปแล้วก็พอล้ว เขาก็จะดูอย่างใกล้ชิดมากขึ้น หากส่งไปอีก มันก็จะสแปมเขาเปล่าๆ ถึงแม้ว่าเขาจะตอบกลับมาว่าหากมีข้อสงสัย ก็ติดต่อเขาได้ทุกเมื่อก็เถอะ ดังนั้น ฉบับเดียวพอแล้วครับ

google adwords มีพนักงานเป็นคนไทยที่ทำงานอยู่เป็นผู้หญิงครับ ชื่อ  มุกพิน    เราเขียนเป็นภาษาไทยไปได้เลยเพราะผมเขียนประจำ ถ้ามีคนเขียนไปมากอาจ 2-3 วันกว่าจะตอบถ้ามีปัญหาก็ถามเป็นภาษาไทยได้เลยนะครับ google adwords  มีคนทุกชาติแล้วนะที่ไปทำงานด้วย   เข้าไปที่  [email protected]
