I found a cheat buyer. she said my product was defective. I asked her to return my product.
I offered her a full refund and also I was responsible for the shipping cost. She denied my offer.
She said if I gave her a partial refund , she would give me a positive feedback. It is aginst eBay policy. So, I contacted ebay.
I sent mail to her that pls wait for ebay's answer. Then she got angry and gave me a negative feedback

บางคนที่จะให้ eBay ลบ Negative feedback เราต้องยก Policy ของ eBay ให้ Customer support ดูว่า ผู้ซื้อทำผิดกฎข้อนั้นจริงๆ ไม่อย่างนั้นจะไม่ชนะคดี

ทั้งบอร์ดมีคุณ Trudy ทำงานทำการอยู่คนเดียววววค่าาาา

เรากำลังเครียด เจอมือปืนสาวเข้าไป ขำกลิ้ง ใช้อาวุธที่ติดอยู่เต็มตัวเป็นหรือเปล่าก็ไม่รู้
บางท่านจะให้เราส่งบั้งไฟไป เราก็กลัวมันจะตกให้หัวเราซะก่อนนะสิ

เริ่มเข้าใจว่าอีเบย์มีครบทุกรส  ช่วงแรกๆเป็นช่วงฮันนีมูน ลูกค้าน่ารักมาก รู้สึกว่าอีเบย์เป็นอีกสังคมที่ค่อนข้างดี รู้สึกชอบมากกว่าอเมซอนอีก ลูกค้าหลายคน ก็ส่ง message มาขอบคุณ มาคุยบ้าง ถามเกี่ยวกับสินค้าบ้าง ถามนอกเรื่องบ้าง บางคนก็ส่งถ้ายรูปคู่กับสินค้ามาให้ เจอลูกค้าสเปนไปคนเดียว เซ็งเลย แต่แค่คนเดียวค่ะ คนดีๆมีอีกเยอะ กะว่าจะเขียนไปขอให้ลูกค้าที่ยังไม่ได้ให้ฟีดแบคให้ช่วยมาเขียนให้หน่อย เพื่อไล่ให้ negative feedback ตกไปอยู่หน้าที่สอง

เราอาจจะโกรธลูกค้าคนนี้มากไปหน่อย เพราะดับฝันเรา เราได้ postive feedback 100% และได้จำนวนมากกว่า 100 แล้ว แต่ transaction กับลูกค้าในอเมริกายังไม่ถึง 100 กะว่าเดือนที่สองน่าจะได้ครบ หลังจากนั้นน่าจะได้ลดค่าธรรมเนียม 20% พอมาเจอลูกค้าสเปนก็เลยแอบเซ็ง แต่นิสัยเราก็แย่จริงๆ ถ้าเรายอมๆก็คงไม่มีปัญหา แต่เราไม่ชอบการตุกติกเอาส่วนลดจริงๆ เราเลยยึดนโยบายไม่ทำ partial refund
