ถามหน่อยครับด่วนสุดๆ กับ 1&1 เจ้าปัญหาอีกแล้ว

คือผมไม่ได้ใช้โดเมนของมันแล้วและผมปล่อยทิ้งโดเมนไปแล้วครับ
แล้วเมื่อวันที่ 11 มันส่งเมล์มาบอกว่า

แล้วมันส่งบิลเหมือนตอนเก็บบิลตอนสมัครมาเลยครับ แต่ในบิลเขียนช่องแรกว่า

.com domain บรรทัดล่างเขียนว่า Cancellation of invoice-item แล้วเขียนช่องราคาว่า -9.90 USD
Special Offer  บรรทัดล่างเขียน  Cancellation of invoice-item เหมือนกันส่วนช่องราคาเขียนว่า 0.90 USD
รวมราคาทั้งหมด -9.00 USD

มันหมายความว่ายังไงครับ? คือผมต้องจ่าย 9.00USD ให้มันอีกหรือว่ายังไงครับ แล้วถ้าผมจะส่งเมล์ไปขอยกเลิกเลยนี่ต้องพิมพ์ไปประมาณไหนบ้างครับ
