ได้รับอีเมล์แจ้งว่าเขาย้ายเครื่องเนื่องจาก HD ไปยมโลกค่ะ
แล้วบอกให้ใช้ ข้อมูลเดิม เพื่อเข้าระบบ แต่ก็เข้าไม่ได้ค่ะ ใครเป็นมั่ง

It has been found that the zeus server ( 64.120.252.18 ) hard disk  has bad sectors now, and require replacement. The hard disk replacement  will require complete os reload and cpanel installation. This will  result in complete downtime. Thefore we have opted to purchase a new  server and migrate accounts to the new server from this server. In this  way, there won't be downtime.

We have just started to migrate accounts to the new server

Since we have clusered dns solution, you don't need to change  anything if you are using either our clusered nameserver ips for your  private nameservers or our nameservers

Our clusered nameservers are



ns1.theservergroup.info 66.197.188.148
ns2.theservergroup.info 66.197.188.149



If you are our reseller, and using other nameserver ips, you are  requested to change the IPs to these clusered ips. This will not make  your website down as these ips are also poining to Zeus server.

The new server IP is : 64.120.244.194

Once your accounts are moved to the new server, you will be able to login to the new WHM account at http://64.120.244.194:2086 with the same usernamea and password.



Instead of using single hard disk, we have opted to use dual hards of  1TB with RAID 1 configuration. By using RAID arrays, your data on the  primary hard disk will be synchronized with the secondary hard disk. In  case if the primary hard disk fails at any point, , we just need to  remove the faulty hard disk and replace it with a brand new hard disk.  And this won't take more than five minutes :) and since your data is  sync with the secondary hard disk, your data won't be lost.

Of course, the RAID system is costly for us, but we want to deliver the best hosting to you.!

We will email you again, when we complete the migration.

เมลล์นี้ส่งมาเมื่อวานใช่เปล่าครับ เมื่อวานตอน 4 ทุ่ม host มันเข้าได้ครับ ผมลองเข้า ได้บ้างไม่ได้บ้าง

ตี 3 ส่งเมลล์มาบอกว่า ผมใช้ CPU เต็ม โดนแบน ให้ติดต่อ host ให้เร็วที่สุด ผมเข้าไป live chat ตั้งแต่ 8 โมง ปัจจุบัน ยังไม่มี live chat มาทำงานเลย เซ็งมากครับ เว็บเข้าไม่ได้ซักอัน

เมลล์นี้ส่งมาเมื่อวานใช่เปล่าครับ เมื่อวานตอน 4 ทุ่ม host มันเข้าได้ครับ ผมลองเข้า ได้บ้างไม่ได้บ้าง

มีเวบแค่ 5 เว็บเอง เว็บละ 1-3โพส cpu เต็มได้ยังไง รอ live chat 3 ชม. ยังไม่ได้คุยเลยค่ะ

เมื่อเช้า login เข้า cpanel ไม่ได้ เข้าเวบตัวเองไม่ได้ live chat รอแล้วรอเล่าก็ไม่มาตอบซะที เลย ticket ไปถาม

ซักพักก็เข้าเวบตัวเองได้

เมื่อกี๊ไปดูอีกทีเข้าเวบไม่ได้อีกแล้ว แต่ login cpanel ได้ 

เค้าตอบ ticket มาแล้ว ดีที่ไม่ต้องไปเปลี่ยน name server

Both 64.120.252.18 and 64.120.185.210 belongs to same server. We are migrating all accounts from that server to a new one. We will let you know once your accounts are migrated to new server. After that you can login to new server ip with your current login details.

If you are using following nameservers in your domain, you don\'t need to do anything from your end.

เมื่อวาน cz.cc มีปัญหาเข้าเวบตัวเองไม่ได้ วันนี้ hosting มีปัญหาเข้าเวบตัวเองไม่ได้อีก

กับมาบอกว่าใช้ cpu เต็ม  suspend มัน 3บัญชีเลย

Hope you are aware of the migration process running in the
server where your account is hosted. Your account was causing high load
in the server and affecting entire process. So if we leave it
unsuspended it will cause complete downtime of server. So we will
lookinto this once the migration process is completed and let you know
about the possibilities.

What should i do about this problem?

I remember that yesterday Server(Zeus) down. after that i try to connect to ftp server but i can not connect. So , It may be reason of this problem.
