It is not in your PayPal account and we do not know your PayPal code
either. It is on your credit card statement.
Please follow the instructions to locate your 4 digit PayPal code:
If you have online access to your card statement, it takes a few
business days for the charge to appear, depending on your issuing bank.
If you do not have online access to your statement, you must wait for
your statement in the mail. Your unique, randomly generated 4-digit
PayPal code is displayed on your card statement next to or near the
PayPal fee. In the item description section, this code is printed next
to the word "PAYPAL." (No space between the numbers and the word
"PAYPAL)
When you know your PayPal code, you can confirm your card.
-Log in to your account at
https://www.paypal.com/. 
-Click "Confirm my debit or credit card" in the Notification box.
-Enter your PayPal code.
-Click "Submit."
Note:
Please enter the 4-digit number you got at the last time. All of the
charge amounts will be refunded to your PayPal account once the PayPal
code is entered and your card is confirmed. This refund may take up to
24 hours to be reflected in your PayPal balance.
We strongly discourage you from calling your credit card company to get
your PayPal code before receiving your monthly statement in the mail.
