1. ให้คุณไปสมัครเมล์ใหม่ของ hotmail เพื่อติดต่อ ขอเมล์เก่าคืน ผมสมัครชื่อใกล้เครียงกับตัวเก่า
2. พอสมัครเสร็จ ให้ส่งจดหมายไปที่นี่ครับ
abuse@hotmail.com หัวข้อว่า "Please Help Some one has changed my Hotmail password"
3. เนื้อหาใส่ตามนี้เลยนะครับ

Some one has changed my Hotmail password for my main email account of
ใส่ email เก่าของคุณ , and I do not remember my secret question to change it back.
How do I get my account back??
This account is extremely important, and I can’t afford to lose it.

4. รอครับ มันจะมีเมล์ฉบับแรกส่งมาแบบอัตโนมัตมั้งคับ หรือไม่ก็รอ 1 วันเต็มๆครับ ประมาณนี้ แค่เมล์ตอบรรับเรื่อง

5. คุณจะได้รับเมล์คล้ายๆกันในฉบับที่สอง ในนั้นจะมีเนื้อหา เป็นคำถามประมาณ 16 ข้อครับ ก็ให้คุณใส่ข้อมูลที่คุณจำได้ ที่คุณรู้ ตามคำถามทีเค้าบอกครับ
ข้อไหนไม่รู้ให้เว้นไว้คับ แต่ผมใส่ทุกข้อ และสำคัญคือ คุณสามารถใส่ได้มากกว่า 16 ข้อครับ คือมี ข้อมูลสำคัญอะไรเพิ่มเติมที่อ้างถึง email เก่าคุณ ใส่ไปให้หมดคับ
แล้วคุณก็ส่งไป รอ 1 วันครับ
6. ถ้า ok คุณผ่านเหมือนผม คุณจะได้รับอีเมล์ประมาณนี้คับ
"Reset your Windows Live ID password"
ในเนื้อหาจดหมายจะมี link ให้คุณ click เพื่อ reset พาสเวิสอีเมล์เก่าครับ คือทำตามที่เค้าบอกเลยครับ ไม่ต้อง logout ออก click ไปเลย ส่วนทำอะไรต่อไปจำไม่ได้แล้ว แต่ประมาณนี้คับ
พอ reset password ได้แล้วคุณก็ logout อีเมล์ใหม่ แล้วลอง login เข้า email ใหม่ที่เพิ่ง reset pass ไปครับ
