เมื่อคืนมีเมลเข้ามาจาก The Google Payments Team ใจความว่า

เพื่อปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายของไทย เราจะเริ่มชาร์จ VAT 7% ในธุรกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องแต่ถ้าคุณกรอกเลข VAT ID เราจะไม่ชาร์จคุณ

ใน Adsense ก็มีช่องให้กรอกเลขบัตรประชาชนแล้ว ถ้าเราไม่ได้จด VAT แล้วต้องใส่ไหมครับ

**ขอแก้ไขข้อมูลนะครับ เกิดจากความเข้าใจผิดผมเอง เมลที่ส่งมานั้น น่าจะเป็นของ Google Ads (Adwords) ครับ ที่เวลาเราจะจ่ายเงินลงโฆษณากับ Google เค้าจะหักเพิ่ม 7% ครับ ไม่น่าเกี่ยวกับ Adsense ครับ

ผมเอง ยังไม่ได้รับ Email นี้ แต่สงสัยว่า อีกไม่นาน ต้องได้รับ Email นี้แน่เลย


ส่วนตัว คิดว่า ก็ใส่ไป ไม่น่ามีอะไรต้องกังวล

ส่วนเรื่อง VAT เราไม่ได้ จด VAT แต่ เรา ต้องเสีย VAT และ ถูกหักเงินอยู่แล้ว เป็นเรื่องที่กฏหมายไทย บังคับ

คราวนี้ ถ้า Adsense มีการนำส่ง VAT ที่ถูกหักไป จากเรา สรรพกร ก็จะรู้รายได้ ตัวนี้ของเรา ทันที..

VAT ฝั่งเราเป็นภาษีซื้อที่เราต้องจ่ายกรณีซื้อ Google Ads ถ้าเราใส่ Thai VAT ID ค่าใช้จ่ายตรงนี้เราจะสามารถเอาไปหักคืนได้ค่ะ (ตามหลักการ VAT ทั่วไป) คนไม่มีเลข VAT ไม่ต้องทำอะไรค่ะ   // ไม่เกี่ยวกับรายได้จาก Google ค่ะ

To comply with local laws in Thailand, we will begin charging Value Added Tax (VAT) of 7% to applicable transactions unless we have your Thai VAT identification number (ID).
If you are registered for VAT in Thailand, please provide us with your VAT ID so that we can correctly assess tax.
To update your Thai VAT ID:
1.   Sign in to the Google payments center   
2.   Select Settings from the top menu   
3.   In the "Thailand Tax Info" section, click the pencil icon  and enter your Thai VAT ID in the "Thai VAT ID" field   
4.   Click Save   
If you're unable to add your Thai VAT ID, you may not have sufficient permissions. Please contact the admin of your Google payments profile, and ask them to give you admin or edit permissions for the payments profile. Then try again at the Google payments center.
