วันนี้จะมาสอนตอบ case โดยที่ไม่ต้องคืนเงินให้ลูกค้า
นักขายหน้าใหม่ ควรเอากรณีน้อง J เป็นกรณีศึกษานะ คะ

เรื่องมันมีอยู่ ว่า น้อง J ขายครีมได้ไป 2 หลอด ราคารวม $33
น้อง J พลาดไปขายสินค้าที่ผิดกฎ ebay เข้า eBay เลยแบน account 30 วัน เจ๊ถือว่าน้อง J ยังมีบุญ
แต่เคราะห์ของน้อง J ยังไม่หมด สินค้าครีมทาหน้าที่ถูกกฎ ลูกค้าบอกว่ามันเป็นของปลอมและหมดอายุ
ทำไมเอาสินค้าปี 2512 มาขาย ลูกค้าเขียน mail มา 6 ฉบับ ท้ายสุดก็เปิด case
 

สวัสดีค่ะ รบกวนสอบถาม และโปรดชี้แนะแนวทางด้วยค่ะ
คือเราขายxxxx (เดี๋ยวนี้ไม่ค่อยได้ขายแล้วค่ะ เพราะโดยแบน account 30 วัน กำลังหาของที่ไม่ละเมิดกฎ ebay มาขายค่ะ)

ลูกค้าซื้อไป 4 พย. ที่ผ่านมาในราคา 33$ จำนวน 2 หลอด
ที่ขายเป็น xxxx ค่ะ วันที่ผลิต 24/12/12 วันหมดอายุ 24/12/15 ค่ะ ตอนนี้ลูกค้ามาโวยวายและส่งข้อความมา 2 ฉบับค่ะ

I bought 2 tubes of xxxx turns out they were from 2012 and are no good.as a nurse had them tested and ingredients are not active. xxxxx is still good rt.before it expires and 6 months after.plz make it rt.before I post what you did selling tubes from 2012 that the ingredients are no good.i will also post on internet.plz send me real xxxx.i know it has a 6 month shelf life after expiration.

Please do as I am so furious to have been taken,sold a bogus product,someone needs to figure out how to replace a misrepresented xxxx a from almost three years ago. 2012,doesn't work and whether it's even xxxx a or too old seems to be the question from the plastic surgery department at the hospital I work at. I want what I paid for before I completely blow this up all over ebay and the internet. I hope you know what your're selling as it's hard for me to believe that you did not know that you were selling products from 2012. Those of us that use xxx a aren't idiots and can tell right away,such as myself. I am not going to wait weeks for replacements here,and I don't like to be scammed.

Comments:   I have contacted the seller six times. I also have cancer and can t keep dealing with him. A few weeks ago I got a watch which was supposed to be a white Guess watch.Wish I had looked at his reviews as lots of people sent it back because it was junk and or a knock off.I buy Guess watches at Macy s and had one that looked similar from the picture. Within two weeks the strap (which is not leather)broke in half all the way down the side,the other side of the watch band is almost in half too. The latch to buckle watch broke.The face is not glass,it s plastic and already cracked down the middle.Isaacsdeals #xxxxx for item  I told him it s worth nothing and he asked for pictures which I sent. I then did send a picture to you. I told him I also took a video but don t have the piece for the computer to send if I don t have an email,so I sent the picture,not video,have 23 pictures to ebay. He then says he will give me my money if I give him my name,I have given him my nmae three times.He said as far as he knew they were great. I said now that I finally looked at your ratings you know they are knock offs because you have all these complaints about the same watch being junk and a knock off. I wouldn t take a free watch from this guy it s so bad. He said he would look for my name and trust me as my pic didn t get to him because of the size of them and he will trust me. LOL I am not a techy,all I know is that he knows they are fake,he knows his ratings have all these complaints about this same watch. Please don t let this guy rip off other people besides me. I need my money back and am not working and am going through chemo on and off for over a year.I also don t want him stealing from other people please stop him. My name is Lisa Dagovitz,I bought the watch just a couple of weeks ago. Actually,it took almost three or more weeks to get here. I found out it came from Thailand.Here they arrest people for selling knock offs.

 I also have to deal after this with xxxx a cream i just bought which on the box expired in 2012 and is no good. I bought some before that from someone else and though it was just about expired it s good for about 6months after and she was honest.This lady is saying she too will also check. That is for the xxxx a crea,two tubes 25grams. She offered to replace it with a xxxx. I won t accept that as 0.1 is the highest percent,.25 is so low and worth nothing.I have been using xxxx for over five years and now my dr. retired thats why on ebay for that. Now the lady won t contact me. So first the watch please,second the xxxxx a at 0.1% i don t want it from may 2012,and will return it.

I have a 100% ratings and this is the first time I got ripped off twice at the same time.the watch,then the xxxxx a cream.want refund for that i told her or she can send me a new xxxx a cream same as I bought and thats fine,i will send expired back to her. So below is the xxxx xxxxx I want refund for,or new ones as advertised,I thought I could put the watch in here also

โหดมากเลยค่ะ พูดไม่เพราะด้วย พวกว่างงาน เป็นคนอารมณ์รุนแรงแบบนี้มิน่าถึงมีปัญหาสุขภาพ ถ้าเป็นเรา เราจะส่งใบเสร็จไปให้ Ebay และตัวลูกค้าดู และบอกว่าสูตรแต่ละประเทศมันแตกต่างกัน (เรื่องจริงนะคะ ส่วนผสมจะเฉพาะประเทศ สูตรแต่ละสูตรก็ตามสภาพอากาศและผิวของคนชาตินั้นๆ) ถ้าสุดๆแล้ว เราจะให้เค้าส่งๆของคืนมา โดยที่ให้เค้าจ่ายค่าส่งเองด้วย ถ้าใช้แล้วก็หักค่าใช้ไป 10% ค่ะ เอามาใช้เองไม่ก็บริจาคไป

พวกลูกค้าชอบเปิด case แบบไร้สาระ เราจะให้ Ebay เช็คได้มั้ยว่า ลูกค้ามีพฤติกรรมก้าวร้าว มีปัญหาทางจิต

ส่วนที่ 1 บอกว่าเราไม่ได้ขายนาฟิกา ebay จะได้รู้ว่า ลูกค้ามีปัญหากับเรา 1 รายการ บอกว่าเราเป็นคนขายที่มีความรับผิดชอบตัวหนังสือ สีเขียว
ส่วนที่ 2 บอกปัญหาลูกค้า บอกเหตุผลที่สนับสนุนว่าลูกค้าเข้าใจผิดว่าสินค้าหมดอายุ ตัวหนังสือ สีฟ้า
ส่วนที่ 3 บอกเหตุผลว่าทำไมลูกค้าถึงใช้สินค้าไม่ได้ผลเนื่องจากเป็นผลข้างเคียงของการทำ คีโมตัวหนังสือ สีแดง

เจ๊บอกว่าเขียนจดหมายไปประมาณนี้ ขอให้น้อง J ไปเขียนเพิ่มหากมีตรงไหนต้องปรับปรุง เพราะตอนนั้นเจ๊ก็งานยุ่ง
น้อง J เขียนเพิ่มว่า I will give you a full refund immediately If I see a picture and the expiry date is 2012
ประโยคนี้เป็นประโยคสำคัญนะคะ หากลูกค้าบอกว่าของหมดอายุแล้วไม่ถ่ายรูปของ case ปิดไปเพราะลูกค้าไม่ยอมตอบเนื่องจากหมดเวลาคนขายโดนนับ defect rate
แต่เมื่อเรารู้ว่าเราถูก เขียนจดหมายถึง ebay บอก case ID ให้ ebay อ่านข้อมูล ebay จะลบ defect rate ให้เรา
การที่ลูกค้าไม่ได้ปิด case เองจะทำให้คนขายโดนนับ defect rate ทำให้ performance ต่ำกว่ามาตรฐาน และให้ขายน้อยลงจากเดือนที่แล้ว 50% ยอดรวมสินค้าลดลง 50% เช่น ให้ลงเดือนที่แล้ว 100 ชิ้น ยอดขายรวม $1,000 ต่อเดือน
เดือนนี้จะได้ลง แค่ 50 ชิ้น ยอดขายรวม $500 ถ้า defect rate > 5% ต่อเดือน

I have not sold Guess watch. I am sorry that a buyer got a fake watch. However, I am a responsible seller.

A buyer opened a case because she thought xxx cream was counterfeit. Also, she said the expiry date was on May 2012.
I have asked her to take a photo of this item to me but she has not taken it.
Also, I have checked the expiry date of xxxx cream from my inventory. The manufacturing date is on Dec 24 2012. The expiry date is on Dec 12 2015 เช็ควันที่อีกนะคะ
I have sold xxxx to ใส่ชื่อลูกค้า ที่เคยชื้อสินค้าตัวนี้ และ ให้ positive feedback . The Feedback comment said ใส่วันที่ และ comment buyer id ให้คำพูดของเรามีน้ำหนัก (บอก comment feedback ของลูกค้าคนอื่นที่ซื้อสินค้าเราไม่มีปัญหา เพื่อให้ ebay เห็นว่าลูกค้าใช้สินค้าไม่ได้ผล เนื่องจากปัญหาสุขภาพ

 ขอบคุณพี่มากค่ะ ตอนนี้เคลียร์ปัญหาได้แล้วค่ะ หลังจากลูกค้าขอคืนเงินกับ ebay ทางน้องเลยบอก น้องจะคืนเงินให้เต็มจำนวน ถ้าคุณถ่ายรูปวันที่หมดอายุมาให้ดู และยืนยันว่าของเราหมดอายุจริงๆ และขอโทษด้วยที่ซื้อนาฬิกาจากคนไทยคนอื่น แล้วได้ของปลอม คนไทยทุกคนไม่เหมือนกัน มีทัั้งดีไม่ดี ส่วนเราตั้งใจขายแต่ของคุณภาพ

สุดท้าย น้อง J ก็ได positive feedback จากลูกค้า  เนื่องจากลูกค้ามีปัญหาสุขภาพ และได้รับของสินค้าปลอม จากคนขายไทยคนหนึ่ง

อย่างแรก ต้องแสดงความเสียใจ ความโกรธของลูกค้าจะลดลงและมีฟังเหตผลนะคะ
