ปลอดภัยยังไงเหรอครับ พอบอกได้ไหมถ้าไม่เป้นความลับเพราะ เพื่อคนที่เข้ามาอ่าน กท นี้จะได้ประโบชน์ในการอ่านไปด้วย และเพื่อผมได้ไปแนะนำคนอื่นได้เป็นประโยชน์ครับ
เท่าที่ผมตามอ่านข้อกฏหมาย ของ nl มานิดหน่อยยังไม่ค่อยเจอ แต่คุ้นๆ มันมีที่ปลอดภัยกว่า nl แต่ผมจำไม่ได้แล้ว เลยอยากทราบว่าที่ว่า nl ปลอกภัยกว่าที่อื่นนี่ยังไงครับ

ผมเคยไปเช่าที่เยอรมัน ไม่ได้มีไฟล์อยู่บน host น่ะ เว็บแค่เป็นสื่อกลางเฉยๆ (มีลิ้งสำหรับโหลดไฟล์นั้นๆ) โดนแบนภายใน 14 วัน
