    HostGator University Program

    University Partners is a HostGator initiative that provides free Linux “Business” accounts or Windows “Personal” accounts,along with a free domain name to college students for the duration of the academic semester.

    ใครบ้างที่สามารถเข้าร่วมโปรแกรม HostGator University Partners Program

นักเรียนไม่สามารถเข้าร่วมเป็นการส่วนตัวหรือรายบุลคล  การขอเข้าโปรแกรมนั้นต้องเข้าเป็นคณะ ภาควิชา หรือชั้นเรียนที่ได้รับการยอมรับอย่างเป็นทางการเท่านั้น โดยตัวแทนของกลุ่ม หน่วยงาน หรือชั้น ทำหน้าที่ติดต่อกับทาง HostGator เพื่อทำการเปิดใช้งาน Hosting และ Domain การใช้งานจะใช้ได้ตลอดช่วงปีการศึกษา

    Individual students cannot enroll in the program. Only classes and officially recognized student organizations can participate. For classes, faculty members enroll their classes, and students are provided with Activation Keys, which makes their hosting during the semester and their domain registration free. For student organizations, an officer of the group enrolls the group, and member students receive their Activation Keys.

    วิธีการลงทะเบียน

ตัวแทนของชั้นเรียน องค์กรนักศึกษา หรือหน่วยงาน เป็นผู้ลงทะเบียนโดยการกรอกสัญญาออนไลน์ง่ายๆ University Partners Enrollment Form โดยใส่ประวัติเกี่ยวกับการเรียน จำนวนนักเรียน และ email ของนักเรียนสำหรับการรับ activation key

    Classes and student organizations are enrolled by their instructor, department chair or officers by filling out a simple online sign up form, currently located at the University Partners Enrollment Form, which asks for contact information, class or organization description, the number of students in the class or organization, and an option to provide us with a list of student emails to send the Activation Keys and Set Up Instructions to. If they prefer not to send us the student emails, the instructor or officer of the organization will have to forward the Activation Keys and Set Up Instructions to the students. The Activation Keys are only good for the number of students stated in the sign up form.

     

     

จากที่ผมฟัง video HostGator ต้องการเปิดโอกาสให้เรียนรู้ เทคโนโลยีหลากหลายที่ ทาง HostGator มีและเปิดโอกาสในการทำงานกับ HostGator ในอนาคตอีกด้วย  น่าสนใจจริงๆ โรงเรียน มหาวิทยาลัยในประเทศไทยลองดูก็ไม่น่าเสียหายอะไรนะครับ
