of any paid placements in search engines and delisting in any natural
searches (or natural search caches). Current or pending payout(s) may
be placed on hold pending your notification and our confirmation of your
full compliance. Also realize that any confirmed future trademark
violations may result in account deactivation, the reversal of
transactions, and any attempt to rejoin the Commission Junction Network shall be
null and void.
You should respond by replying to this specific e-mail within 48 hours
of the date of this notice to legitimately confirm that your practices
are compliant. Failure to respond shall be deemed an admission of
liability and acceptance of this letter as 15 days notice of termination,
and may result in Commission Junction exercising its right to terminate
the Commission Junction Publisher Service Agreement 15 days from the
date of this written notice or sooner.
