I’m very sorry for the trouble you are having receiving your direct deposit payment. Please be aware that while you are able to designate either savings or checking in your account settings, we do not specify on the transaction what the account type is. All of our direct deposits, whether to a savings or checking account, are sent via ACH. With most banks, checking accounts are ACH enabled by default, but savings accounts generally are not.
I do see that you have updated your bank account information as of April 30, 2012. I have since requested that our Accounts Payable department send your funds to the new account as soon as possible. The process of reissuing your payment will take a minimum of 12 business days.
Please check with your bank to find out if your savings account is ACH enabled, and, if not, if it can be set up to receive these transactions. Please note that as our standard payment options for international Associates is to be paid either by Check or Gift Card. We will attempt a second EFT for the two recent payments in the amounts of $xxx.xx and $xxx.xx. Should the next attempt also fail and bounce back to Amazon, we will be required to request you update your payment method.
