help on the it. However, since the catagory limit does not have any
appeal ways, we can not manually review or remove it for you.

As our last email stated, the system will weekly evaluate your account
performance for the past 90 to 180 days. Then further decide whether to
remove/adjust this restriction. To lift the limit, you are requried to
focus on your ongoing or active items. And try your best to earn more
positive feedbacks. Meanwhile, please avoid to receive new
negative/neutral feedbacks and disputes.

You can politely ask for positive feedbacks and 5-point DSR ratings from
the buyer. Please feel free to refer to the following template:

"Dear _____, Thank you very much for purchasing from us. If you are
satisfied with this transaction, we sincerely hope that you can leave us
a positive comment and four 5-star Detailed Seller Ratings, which are of
vital importance to us. If you are not satisfied in any regard, please
tell us before you take any action so that we can work out the problems
together. Thanks again for your purchase. ”

I realize this may not be the answer you'd hoped for and I am deeply
sorry for any inconvenience caused by this matter. Your understanding

คือเขียน email ไปถามเรื่องการจำกัด จำนวน ซึ่งเกิดขึ้นบ่อยมาก ( จนเริ่มท้อ ) กับการขายของบน ebay และล่าสุดก็ได้รับคำตอบมา( ตัวอย่างด้านบน )  ก็เข้าใจคร่าวๆ  แต่ไม่แน่ใจว่าเค้าพยายามจะบอกหรือให้เราทำอะไร  ในเมื่อโพสต์สินค้าขายไม่ได้แล้วจะเอาคะแนนfeedback มาจากไหน  หรือจะต้องซื้อๆๆๆ อย่างเดียวก่อน   ใครมีประสบการณ์คล้ายๆกัน  รบกวนชี้ทางสว่างให้หน่อยค่า.........

น้องเข้าไปที่ Ebay แล้ว Click ไปที่ Accout จากนั้นเลือก Seller Dashboard ดูทางขวา ซิตอนนั้คะแนน dsr ของน้องได้ กี่คะแนน มี 4 กลุ่ม เปรียบเทียบกับ ที่ ebay set ค่าที่ต้องการไว้

ตอบ น้องเป็นสมาชิก อีเบย์ ไม่ถึง 90วันจึงจำกัด sell  จะขายได้ประมาณ 10 ชิ้น มูลค่าไม่เกิน $250 ต่อ เดือน
น้องต้องเช็คค่า dsr ให้ดี ถ้าน้อยกว่า 4.8 ในทุกหมวด ก็จะโดน จำกัด sale แม้ว่าน้องจะเป็นสมาชิกมากกว่า 4 เดือน
ถ้าน้องเป็นสมาชิก อีเบย์มากกว่า 4 เดือน และคะแนน ได้มากกว่า 4.8 ในทุกหมวดจึงจะไม่โดน จำกัดการขาย

If you already have an established seller account

You may be able to increase the limits on your account if you have another, more established seller account on eBay. Your other account needs to meet all of these conditions:

   1.

      You've been a registered seller for at least 90 days.
   2.

      You don't have any unresolved eBay Buyer Protection cases.
   3.

      Your detailed seller ratings are at least 4.8 in all areas.
