I'm sorry for any misunderstanding regarding your advertising fee earnings. The reason why the items are not appearing in your Earnings Report is because some have not shipped and the others were canceled.
Please note that referral credits will not appear in your Earnings Reports until after the ordered items ship. All fees are earned during the month in which the shipment is sent to the customer, not necessarily the month in which the order is placed.
For future reference, these are some of the situations that may contribute to delayed shipping and/or order cancellation:
- Special order titles have long availability times.
- The item may have been canceled by the customer.
- The customer's credit card may have been declined.
- Shipping options chosen on the order form may also contribute to delays.
The Orders Reports provide the most up-to-date information about how people are utilizing your links. The Earnings Reports show you how much money we've actually collected to date on the orders placed by your visitors. Since we only charge customers on the date that we actually ship an order, some variation is inevitable on active Associates accounts.
