additional PIN. Four PINs have already been requested for your account;
the last one was generated on July 20, 2007. Please keep in mind that it
takes 2-5 days from the generation date for the PIN to be sent out.
Therefore, you may not have yet received your fourth PIN.
If you do not receive this last PIN, you'll need to respond to this email
and attach a digital image of a government issued ID card, bank statement,
or telephone bill displaying your payee name and mailing address as it
appears in your account. If you select this option, please note that we're
only able to accept information printed in one of our supported languages.
