เห็นบอกว่า ให้แก้

date.timezone = "Asia/Bangkok"   ถ้าคนอเมริกามาเปิดก็จะขึ้นแบบนี้ด้วยไหมครับ ทำไงให้คนทุกประเทศเปิดมาไม่เป็นแบบนี้

ต้องแก้ใน php.ini
เปลี่ยน display_errors = On ไปเป็น  display_errors = Off ก็พอ
