ตอนนี้ผมได้ยกเลิก account ของ hostgator แล้วครับแล้วมาเช่า host ของ bluehost แทน แต่ว่าผมไม่สามารถ log in เข้าไปแก้ข้อมูลส่วนตัวได้ โดยผมเข้าไปที่หน้า support center นี้ครับ

โดยผมได้ใส่ E-mail ,Confirmation Code และ password ถูกทุกอย่างครับแต่ยังไม่สามารถเข้าได้และผมได้ส่ง E-mail ไปถามเค้าว่า
I wants to change individual data in my account but I can not log in to my account and I has been to change my password by “Update Password”
but it still can not log in to my account .
Please solve a this problem be urgent.

ซึ่งก่อนหน้านั้นเค้าให้ผม update password ใหม่ และผมก็ update ไปแล้วครับ แต่ก็ยังเข้าไม่ได้อยู่ดี อย่างนี้ต้องทำยังไงดีครับ
