จากปัญหาเดิมในกระทู้ "ช่วยด้วยครับ คนขายใน ebay เหมือนจะโกงครับ" พอดีผมไปแจ้ง dispute แล้ว ทีนี้คนขายมาด่าเรากลับมาแล้วครับ ผมแจ้งไปว่าคนขายส่งสินค้าให้คนอื่น แต่ไม่ยอมส่งให้ผม ( มันบอกเองว่าจะไม่มีของชิ้นใดถูกส่งไปจากมัน) ทำไงดีครับ มันหาว่ายังไม่ครบ 20 วัน คุณไม่รู้เรื่องหรือไง ( วันนี้เป็นวันที่ 19 ) แล้วมันก้อจะมาฟ้อง paypal กลับอีกเรื่องที่ผมเคยบอกให้มันเขียนหน้ากล่องราคาถูกกว่าเป็นจริง ตอนนี้ผมยื่นคำขาดให้มันส่งเงินคืนผมเลย ผมไม่ต้องการแล้ว ทำไงดีครับ paypal จะเข้าข้างใครครับ กังวลจังครับ :'( ??? :wanwan010: ผมเขียนไปว่า You said "item will be sent in the morning" Now, Do you ship item to me ? Please send money back to me. อันนี้คนขายตอบ " it says i ship in 20 days read item discription u need to do that because i am in the right i well tell paypal u wanted me to lie i dont care Will usually ship within 20 business days of receiving cleared payment. it hasent even been 20 days and also i will let paypal know u asked me to lie on the customs forms Note: Hello Seller. Please can do these 1. Wrap all items by bubble film and put it in protect box. 2. Declare shipping type is "Gift" 3. มันบอกว่ามันฟ้อง paypal เรื่องที่เราให้มันเขียน ราคาต่ำกว่าเป็นจริง และมันบอกว่ามันจะแจ้งกงศุล ให้ตรวจสอบผม เกี่ยวกับการสั่งซื้อสินค้าทั้งหมดที่ผ่านๆ มา :o ทำไงดี ผมก้อให้คนขายทุกคนทำแบบนี้ไม่เคยมีปัญหาเลย เพิ่งมาเจอกับคนนี้แหล่ะครับ :( ผมควรโต้ตอบมันกลับไปว่าอย่างไรดีครับ ไม่เคยเจอคนขายแบบนี้เลยอ่ะครับ ทำไงดีครับ ช่วยแนะนำผมหน่อยครับ :wanwan010: แล้วเมื่อไหร่ paypal จะยื่นมือเข้ามาช่วยครับ ตอนนี้ด่ากันไปมา ไม่จบซักที เบื่อจังครับ :'( Dont tell me how to do my transactions read the full discription i have contacted paypal reguarding you asking me to lie on customs & also will write your local post office customs office so that they check every and all packages adressed to you along with your ebay id .Enjoy i am not lieing on the customs form u should have your item by the 22-23 at the latest if not i will issue a refund |
