วิธึแจ้ง ebay เพื่อขอให้คนที่ขโมยภาพเราไปใช้โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต พร้อมกับเตือนคนเรียนหน้าใหม่

หลายคนเจอโดน copy รูปสินค้าไปใช้ โดยไม่แจ้งพร้อมตัดราคา ได้ยินว่ามีคนเจอทีมพี่เลี้ยงที่สอน ขโมยภาพ แกะสินค้าและตัดราคากัน และถูกป้ายสีอีก เรียนไปก็โดนให้ออกจากกลุ่มอัตโนมัติ โทษฐานที่รู้ว่าอาจารย์และทีมงานโกงกันอย่างไร พี่เลยโดนให้ออกจากกลุ่ม facebook หลังจากเคยให้พี่เข้ากลุ่มเป็น admin

พอดีมีตัวอย่างจดหมายเก่าๆ มาแชร์กัน สามารถเอาไปใช้ report บน amazon etsy ได้ค่ะ
การติดต่อ ebay โดยตรงและพิจารณาเร็วกว่า การ report item บน รายการสินค้า
เห็นว่าประสบการณ์ตัวเองน่าจะช่วยคนไม่มีประสบการณ์ได้ และไม่เคยมีคนสอนว่าจะแก้ปัญหานี้อย่างไร

Case id = SR# xxxxxxx จะได้เลขนี้มาก็ต่อเมื่อ จนท อีเบย์ติดต่อกลับ
(ชื่อ userid คนที่ copy) copied my images from my facebook page (xxxxx) in order to sell these items on ebay.
  Charmayne G, ebay Vero team contacted me on ใส่วันที่ ที่ได้ รับจดหมายจากคนนี้
 It said “ In order to report a listing that you believe is infringing, you must submit the NOCI to vero@ebay.com .

Please look at the attach file. I have sent a word document in zip file to you to provide evidences that I am the right owner of these images.
 
          1 Please remove item id =  xxxxx, xxxxx,and xxxxxx.
          2  Please tell me name, surname mobile phone of the owner of ชื่อคนที่ copy

My lawyer told me that we need the name surname ,address,telephone  from eBay to sue ชื่อคนที่โกง . We have provided trademark id = xxxxx.
Using someone else's image or description without authorization violates Thai copyright laws. I have sent the document in English to you (DSC_0089.jpg ). อ้างกฏหมายไทยเรื่องลิขสิทธิภาพด้วยนะ เพราะจะมีความเกี่ยวพันธ์กับ policy ของอีเบย์

ถึงคนที่ copy อาจจะทำโดยไม่รู้ตัว คิดว่าใช้ภาพจากที่ไหนก็ได้ ไปขอโทษ เจ้าของภาพสะ น้องจะมีโทษไม่ให้ลงขาย 7 วัน

ถ้าทำ อีก ระวังบัญชีจะถูกระงับ ขึ้นอยู่ กับความแรงของเจ้าที่ เจ้าของ brand

อย่าไปท้าเจ้าของภาพให้ไปฟ้องนะคะ เพราะคิดว่า เขาไม่เก่งภาษาอังกฤษ เขาไม่แม่นกฎ คนเรามันก็ต้องมีจุดเปลี่ยน

สุดท้าย พี่ขอให้มีความสุขสมหวังในปีนี้
