๑. พอหมด ๑๔ วันแล้วถ้าเราจะสมัครใหม่ ให้สมัครโดยใช้ User ใหม่ แต่ใช้บัตรเครดิตอันเดิมก็ได้ / ถ้าเราไม่อยากใช้ก็ไม่เป็นไรปล่อยไปเลยก็ได้ให้มันหมดอายุ ไม่มีการขโมยหักเงินแต่อย่างใด


ก็เลยไปลองมาก็ดีระดับหนึ่ง พอเลย 14 วัน มี SMS แจ้งถูกตัดเงินจาก บัตรเครดิต ผมพยายามหาว่ามาจาก web ใด
เช็ค email ก็ไม่มีเมล มาแต่ อย่างใด ผมมมั่นใจว่าเป็นเว็บ นี้เพราะ ราคามันคุ้นๆ เลย login เข้าไปดู ปรากฏ ว่า
ไม่มีสิ่งใดๆ notic เลย หา invoice หรือ note แจ้งว่า ตัดเงิน ไม่มีเลย หาจนไม่รู้ว่าจะทำไงเลยโทรไป ธนาคารของบัตร
เขาเลยบอกมา ว่ามาจากเวบ นี้ เซ็งมาก
 มัน ส่งมาตัดเงิน 67 USD แบบ ไม่มีปรี่ มีขลุ่ย ไม่มี email แจ้ง ไม่มี notic ใดๆ ใน control panel ผมลองหาว่า มี การบอก การตัดใดๆ ไหม ใน control panel ไม่มีเลยครับ
แถม เมล support  เมนุเกี่ยวกับ support หายากมาก

ตอนนี้ผมส่ง ticket ไปขอคืน ไม่รู้จะยังไง รู้สึกจะ 67USD ต่อเดือนนะครับ

เห็นแจกในบอร์ดมืดต่างประเทศเกลื่อน ไม่แน่ใจว่าใช่ตัวนี้หรือเปล่า  :P

ก่อนหมดอายุ ต้องเมลล์ไปแจ้งยกเลิก ส่งไปที่ support เลย เขาจะยกเลิก เพราะหา link ยกเลิกไม่เจอ แต่แค่เราเมลล์ไปว่าต้องการยกเลิกเขาจะยกเลิกให้
กรณีถูกตัดไปแล้ว $67 ก็ใช้ให้คุ้มกับที่โดนตัดไป และก่อนหมดอายุซัก 10 วัน หรือ 3-4 วัน ก็เมลล์ไปแจ้งยกเลิก เขาจะแจ้งมาว่า ยกเลิกให้เรา และเราสามารถใช้งานจนครบกำหนดได้ 

หลังจากเมลล์แจ้งยกเลิก มี email ตามมาอีก 1 ฉบับ

ของผมเมลไปขอ cancel แบบ งูๆ ปลาๆ เขาตอบมาแบบ นี้แปลว่า ผมจะได้เงินคืนไหม ใครเก่ง eng ช่วยแปลที่ครับ

You will have access to everything you have downloaded during your membership, but no other features of the membership will be available.

We have forwarded your request for refund to our Accounts specialist for approval and/or processing.
Please allow 5-7 days for any refunds to post to your account.
If a refund is issued for membership fees,your account will be immediately deactivated.

You will be notified if there is any reason we are not able to process a refund.

Remember that even though you will not have an active membership at NPC, you will still be able to promote NPC through our Affiliate Program.

อันนี้เค้าจะคืนเงินให้ (Refund) แต่ต้องรออนุมัติและดำเนินการ 5-7 วัน หลังจากได้คืน Refund แล้ว account ของคุณจะถูกยกเลิก (แปลว่าช่วงที่ยังไม่ได้ตังคืน คุณยังเข้าไปดูอะไรๆได้อยู่)

ถ้ามีเหตุอันทำให้คืนเงินคุณไม่ได้ จะมีอีเมล์แจ้งให้คุณทราบ

อย่างไรก็ตามคุณสามารถโปรโมท NPC ได้อยู่แม้ไม่ได้เป็นสมาชิกแล้ว

no other features ไม่รู้อะไรนะ ไม่ได้ด้วย อาจเป็น script or software ที่เค้ามีให้ใช้ ก็จะใช้ไม่ได้ แต่พวก Download ยังได้อยู่
