1.) IT Application Support Specialist (40-45K) permanent position
 
Job Description:
-         To provide a good service and support by assisting to imple
ment new system or enhance existing system to increase work efficiency  i.e. searching for new technologies to reduce manual operation.
 
Job Responsibilities:
1.     Develops procedures and maximizes user’s performance with new database and applications by defining and setting up guideline and specification for new database and applications development based on individual user’s requirements and/or additional modules required; verifies new developed application
2.     Assist supervisor to plan project schedule, evaluates costs of new project, proposes for approvals, implements new project by coordination with contracted supplier.
5.     Searches for new technology to increase job performance or reduce operating costs.
6.     Provides IT consultations and troubleshoots software application problems as assigned.
7.     Able to write web-based software application as assigned.
8.     Performs other duties as assigned by direct supervisor.
 
Qualification: (Education, experience, special skills)
•       Male or female age 25-31 years old.
•       At least Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related fields.
•       At least 2-3 years of web-programming and database maintenance work experience
·        Some experience in Delphi programming., VB, PHP
•      Good command of  English.
 
2. IT Application Developer
 
Principle Duties and Accountabilities :-

- Design system and/or application by user requirement and approved by supervisor
- Develop application and report base on design that approved
- Provides testing all system before roll out to user.
- Conducts training on new system implementation for users to ensure that they can operate new system correctly and properly.
- Provides IT consultations and information support to RSC users, ensuring timely and reliable information is obtained in terms of report and data provision.
- Coordinate with user to get requirements and provide support
- Prepare system and application documentation and manual for application.
- Follow up and update status of his/her handle project with Supervisor
- Coordinates with various parties both internally and externally to ensure smooth and efficient Company’s operations, i.e., RSC users, IT Restaurant Support Team, IT International, local suppliers.
- Attends the meetings, i.e., F&A Meeting, Offsite Meeting, IT Meeting, A Team Meeting.
- Conducts Performance Appraisals for direct subordinates on 6 month basis and submits for IT Manager’s review; discusses with them for further improvement and development.

Qualification :- (Education, experience, special skills)

- Male or Female age over 25 years old.
- At least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- 3 years of working experience as a programming, Analyst and Management Project Implementation.
- Strong technical knowledge of web base application or VB .Net. Familiar with SQL database
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- Good command relations and communication skills.
