What are the main differences between the Regular License and the Extended License?

In simple terms, the main difference is that under the Regular License, your end product (incorporating the item you've licensed) is distributed for free, whereas under the Extended License your end product may be sold. Of course, if it was all that simple, we'd have a one sentence license, so please do read the licenses and the rest of these FAQs for more details!

If you're a freelancer, you are allowed to create an end product for a client using the Regular License and charge them for your services - see the FAQ "I'm a freelancer/agency. Can I use the item for an end product I'm doing for a client?" for more information.

จากที่อ่านมา ส่วนใหญ่เค้าสรุปว่า

จากที่ผมสอบถามจากน้องที่ผมซื้อ E-book มาอ่าน

เค้าบอกว่า     

regular คือซื้อใช้ได้โดเมนเดียว

extended คือใช้ได้ธีมเดียว แต่สามารถขายพร้อมกับธีมได้

แบบนี้ใช่ไหมครับ    หรือมีใครที่เห็นต่างจากนี้บ้างครับ...

ตามนี้แหละครับ
extended ไม่ใช่ใช้กับ unlimited site นะครับ

เรื่อนี้เท่าที่ผมอ่านและสรุปใจความดังนี้ ครับ

• Regular license หมายถึง เรานำมาใช้งานได้กับ End User รายเดียว นั้นหมายความว่า เราไม่สามารถนำ โปรแกรมนี้ไปขายต่อให้คนอื่นได้ครับ เช่น เราซื้อให้ลูกค้า A แล้วเราไม่สมารถนำ License ไปขายต่อให้กับลูกค้า B ได้ครับ
• Extended license หมายถึง สิ่งที่เราทำขึ้นมาโดยใช้Productตัวนี้(Visual Composer) เช่น คุณสร้าง Template ที่ชื่อ ABC Template และใช้ Visual Composer นี้ คุณสามารถนำไปขายต่อได้โดยจะต้องยึดติดกับ Product ตัวนี้ แต่ถ้าคุณสร้าง Product ตัวใหม่ โดยใช้ชื่อ AXX Template คุณไม่สามารถนำ License ไปใช้กับ Productใหม่ได้ครับ

ทั้งหมดนี้เป้นส่วนที่ผมอ่านมาและแปลสรุปตามความเข้าใจน่ะครับ ถ้าผิด ช่วยแย้งด้วย น่ะครับ   :wanwan012:

ถ้าคุณจะทำให้ลูกค้าของคุณ คุณก็ต้องเก็บตังเพิ่มเองนะ ค่าปลั้กอินน่ะ

I'm a freelancer/agency. Can I use the item for an end product I'm doing for a client?

Yes. You're essentially buying the file on your client's behalf. Whether a regular or Extended License is needed will depend on your client's use of the end product. With both the regular and Extended License you are allowed to charge your client for creating the End Product. Once you transfer the end product to the client (eg giving them source files for the item), be sure to link your client to our licenses and delete the item itself from your computer.

Example: If you create a website for a client using a WordPress theme, you could give him the theme as long as you deleted it and linked to our license

ก็คงต้องซื้อแบบ   regular   ใช่ไหมครับ   ถ้าซื้อแบบ   extended มันก็ใช้ได้แค่ theme เดียวที่มีการซื้อหลาย copy

หากทำเว็บให้กับลูกค้าท่านใหม่มันก็ต้องเปลี่ยน theme ใหม่อยู่แล้ว   ก็คงต้องซื้อใหม่อยู่ดี แบบนี้ผมเข้าใจถูกต้องไหมครับ...
