We have recently reviewed your PayPal account activity, and  determined
that you are in violation of PayPal's Acceptable Use Policy regarding your

As a result, your account has been permanently limited and this cannot be
appealed.

Per the PayPal User Agreement, which you read and accepted when you created
your account, we reserve the right to permanently limit an account due to

an account for any violation of the PayPal User Agreement, including the
Acceptable Use Policy.

Under the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy, PayPal may not be used to send or
receive payments for items that infringe or violate any copyright,
trademark, right of publicity or privacy, or any other proprietary right
under the laws of any jurisdiction. This includes transactions for
counterfeit items or unauthorized replicas or copies of items.

แปลกดีครับ บัญชี paypal กับเว็บ ขายแว่น.com ผมเปิดมานานแล้ว แต่ไม่มีเงินใน Paypal แต่พอมีเงินเข้ามาบัญชีกับถูกจำกัดการใช้งาน

ลอง login เข้า paypal ถ้ามันไม่มี Message pop up ว่าบัญชีโดน limit แสดงว่าเป็นเมล์ปลอมค่ะ

แว่นตาของแท้ครับ ที่ผมนำมาล้างสต๊อกเพราะผมซื้อแว่นมาลองขายแล้วขายไม่ได้ เลยตัดสินใจขายราคาทุน เพื่อจะเอาทุนคืนจึงถูกกว่าร้านอื่น ง่ายๆ คือ จะเลิกขาย อยากได้ทุนคืน

เมล์เป็นของจริงครับ ผมเข้าระบบ Paypal แล้วมันระงับจริงๆ

ไปดูหน้าเว็บของคุณแล้วค่ะ Paypal เขาบอกว่าคุณผิดกฏ acceptable use policy
เท่าที่ดูอาการเหมือนกับว่าโดนเรื่องขายสินค้าเลียนแบบ หรือขายของจริงแต่ผืดกฏหมายที่เรียกว่าlaws of any jurisdiction แล้วเจ้าของลิขสิทธิหรือตัวแทนจัดจำหน่าย Online เขาแจ้งไปทาง Paypal
ต้องบอกนิดนึงว่าหากคุณขายของลิขสิทธิ Online แม้จะเป็นของแท้ ก็ขายไม่ได้ ต้องไปขออนุญาติกับบริษัทแม่ให้เป็นตัวแทนนะคะ มีการลงนามให้เซ็นสัญญา

ส่วนใหญ่ถ้าเป็นตัวแทนเขาจะ scan เอกสารใบอนุญาตให้ขายมาแปะบนหน้าเว็บ

ผมสั่งซื้อของจากบริษัทที่นำเข้ามามีหลักฐานกับใบเสร็จรับเงินถูกต้อง เพียงแต่ไม่ได้มีใบแต่งตั้งเป็นตัวแทน เนื่องจากผมนำมาทดลองขาย พอขายไม่ดีก็จะเลิกขาย และอยากได้ทุนคืน สินค้าที่ขายออกไปแล้วก็ลบออกจากระบบ เหลือสินค้าไม่กี่ชิ้น

เหนื่อยใจจริงๆ กับการขายของออนไลน์ ขายของไม่ได้แล้วยังมาเจอปัญหาแบบนี้อีก

ทุกอย่างมันได้บทเรียน เสมอ อย่าเพิ่งท้อ ลองให้ลูกค้าจ่ายเป็น western union หรือ โอนเข้าบัญชีคุณเลย จะได้ไม่ผ่าน Paypal
เขียน Product description บอกว่า สินค้าซื้อมาจาก บริษัทไหน วันที่เท่าไหร่ตอนนี้ใกล้หมดแล้ว รายได้ส่วนหนึ่งจะเอาไปทำบุญ ที่ไหนก็ว่าไป
