However, one of these accounts is already active. Could you please confirm the primary email address that you would like to have on your activated order? Any order(s) which you do not wish to activate will be automatically refunded after 48 hours. If you paid with PayPal, the refund should automatically reflect on the PayPal account's total available balance. However, if you have purchased your account with a credit card, please be aware that we have only authorized the charges, and never fully receive the funds until an account has been activated. Depending on your banking institution, it will take anywhere from 5-7 business days for the authorization of the initial invoice for your account, to drop off from your statement and reflect on your total available amount.

Once we have received confirmation regarding which account(s) you would like activated, we will be more than happy to continue with the set up of your order.
