ตอนโดนเตือนก็จะได้อีเมลพร้อมรับโทรศัพท์จาก Hostgator ด้วย
แต่อย่าตกใจเป็นข้อความอัตโนมัติ มันจะแจ้ง tiket id ในการตอบเมลไปหาเจ้าหน้าที่ครับ
แล้วเราก็ไปขอโทษเขาแล้วบอกว่าจะปรับปรุงเว็บให้ดีขึ้น เท่านี้เขาก็จะส่งเมลตอบกลับให้แจ้งไอดีเครื่องเราไปหาเขา

I apologize but we have been forced to suspend the "/home/xxx/public_html/index.php" script as it was causing a high load on the server, and due to the nature of the problem, we were forced to take immediate action for the health of the server.
One of the most obvious problems is that the script is calling "rss.xml" using an external request. This happens when your scripts access other scripts within your account using your domain name instead of a relative file path. Switching to relative pathing can greatly reduce the resource consumption of your scripts.
I see that this is a Wordpress site. Wordpress's caching plugins can significantly lower your scripts' resource usage. Currently, we recommend using either "W3 Total Cache" or "DB Cache Reloaded". The W3 plug-in caches the results of essentially all the requests for your site, making it ideal for sites with a large number of pages. DB Cache Reloaded only caches database queries which can be more useful for sites where you are more likely to have a large number of users all visiting the same few pages at once.

http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/db-cache-reloaded/ If you are using the YARP (Yet Another Related Posts) plug-in, we strongly recommend disabling it or tagging plug-ins and then cleaning your database of the large amount of data they add. Another option would be to disable the "Consideration of Tags" option. YARP and other tagging plug-ins generally create large tables for a small amount and are often responsible for a large portion of the total usage as they do look-ups and continue to add tags and other data.
Finally, another problematic plug-in disable is WP-Statpress or similar plug-ins. As this keeps track of a lot of data about your current visitors, if you have a lot of traffic, this can cause much additional CPU usage.
Please note that such caching plug-ins may not be enough to reduce your site's resource usage to acceptable levels for a shared hosting environment if your site is receiving a large amount of traffic or if you need certain plug-ins that require a large amount of resources. If it becomes clear that that is the case here, you may need to upgrade to a dedicated server. We will be happy to assist you with the upgrade process if a dedicated server is the most appropriate solution.
