However, if you would like to continue verification through e-mail, then because the card used is for electronic/Internet use only, we would like to request a screen shot of the card's online account management page showing the last four digits of the card number, the URL of the page and your name. If the last four digits of the card number are not available, then please make sure the name and the transaction are visible. Feel free to block out all numbers except for the last four digits.
You can obtain a screen shot by logging into your credit card's website and viewing your account information. Your name and the last four digits of the card's number must be visible. In addition, please include the URL of your online banking site in the screen shot. Take the screen shot by pressing the PrtScn (print screen) key on your keyboard, then open Paint (or another image editing program) and press Ctrl-V to paste it; then save it as a jpg file. You can cover any personal information in Paint.
If the online statement is not available, then we can accept any of the following:
-An ATM receipt showing your name (if available) and the last four digits of your card number
-A printed statement from the bank showing your name and the last four digits of your card number
-A printed statement from your bank showing your name and the billing transaction confirming the payment authorization from Hostgator
-A receipt for the purchase of the card (If it's prepaid) showing the last four digits of the card number
-A receipt for adding funds to the card showing your name and the last four digits of your card number
