การเปิด dispute นี่จะทำให้ผู้ขายใช้เงินใน paypal ไม่ได้ใช่ไหมครับ
จากปัญหาเดิมในกระทู้ "ช่วยด้วยครับ คนขายใน ebay เหมือนจะโกงครับ"
พอดีผมไปแจ้ง dispute แล้ว ทีนี้คนขายมาด่าเรากลับมาแล้วครับ
ผมแจ้งไปว่าคนขายส่งสินค้าให้คนอื่น แต่ไม่ยอมส่งให้ผม ( มันบอกเองว่าจะไม่มีของชิ้นใดถูกส่งไปจากมัน)
ทำไงดีครับ มันหาว่ายังไม่ครบ 20 วัน คุณไม่รู้เรื่องหรือไง ( วันนี้เป็นวันที่ 19 )
แล้วมันก้อจะมาฟ้อง paypal กลับอีกเรื่องที่ผมเคยบอกให้มันเขียนหน้ากล่องราคาถูกกว่าเป็นจริง
ตอนนี้ผมยื่นคำขาดให้มันส่งเงินคืนผมเลย ผมไม่ต้องการแล้ว
ทำไงดีครับ paypal จะเข้าข้างใครครับ กังวลจังครับ
ผมเขียนไปว่า

If you already sent it.
What is the tracking number or evidence of shipping ?
How I can check shipping status ?
I will wait until I receive the item.

Will usually ship within 20 business days of receiving cleared payment.
it hasent even been 20 days and also i will let paypal know u asked me to lie on the customs forms

2. Declare shipping type is "Gift"
3. Declare value is "$10"
Because Thailand duty is very expensive.
