It's been almost 24 hours after I register for your hosting plan, but I havn't got any response so far and my account still inactive.
Please could you manage account for me?

Hello,
Your account has not been approved yet, for one of three reasons:
A) You signed up using a credit card, and have failed to send the fax,
which is required by all accounts. This is required by our merchant's
account to mitigate the amount fraudulent accounts that are signed up.
You can find the fax form at
https://dreamhost.com/fax/ 
this MUST be sent
either by fax or postal mail, we cannot accept a scan of the form that is
either sent through email, or posted on a website.
B) The head of the billing department who is in charge of approving all
accounts has not yet seen your fax, in the event that you have already
sent it. It generally takes 1 or 2 business days before an account is
approved, Monday through Friday from 09:00 am until 06:00 pm PST are
considered business days, and it is unusual for an account to approved on
the weekend.
C) You have signed up using Paypal, in this case your payment must be
hand verified by the head of the billing account, and are not required to
send the fax. The same time line for B is used in the approval of the
account, and accounts are usually not approved on the weekends.
I am sorry for the delay in approving your account. Please allow 2
business days, in the event that you have done everything required for
your account to be approved ( faxing of the credit card authorization
form ) after this time, please submit a second support ticket, and I will
forward it to the head of the billing department, as at that time he will
be better able to assist you.

โอเคครับ สรุบว่า รอหน่อย ถ้าจ่ายผ่านเพพาว ไม่ต้องส่งแฟก แต่รอนิด สองวันทำการ ผมเลย ตอบกลับไปว่า ได้ งั้นจะรอต่ออีกวันนึง แต่ให้ชัวร์นะว่าฉันจ่ายผ่านเพย์พาว ไม่ต้องแฟกซ์อะไรไปอีก

I signed up for a hosting plan by using paypal and I can see that I may
have to wait for another 24 hours to get accout approved.
