Departure from outward office of exchange” means the parcel is ready for export customs security scan. Once it passes the scan, it will be sent to airline.
Normally this procedure will complete within 2 to 10 days.If your parcel stuck in this status for more than 2 or even 3 weeks. Normally this means the parcel has problem to pass security check and will be returned to shipper.
