I apologize, but I was forced to suspend the script /home/ชื่อผู้ใช้/public_html as it was causing a high load on the server, and due to it affecting all of the other accounts on the system, I was forced to take immediate action for the health of the server.

Unfortunately I do not have any specific recommendations for this script, however, in general, adding some sort of caching mechanism, where the script does not need to generate a new page with every request, helps to lower the over load that a script will cause. Likely the original author or support group of the software that you are using will be able to help you to understand how to add something of this nature.

If you reply back to this with your IP address (http://www.hostgator.com/ip.shtml ) we will be more than happy to go ahead enable HTTP access for you, so that you can safely work on the script without it causing further issues. Please let us know how you would like to proceed.

คือตอนแรกเว็บเข้าไม่ได้ทั้งหมดเลย ขึ้น Forbidden

เข้าไปที่ public_html ไม่ได้เลย เว็บก็เข้าไมได้ทั้งหมดจัดการอะไรไม่ได้

เลย chat support คุยกัน เค้าให้แจ้ง ip แล้วปลดบล็อคบางส่วนให้ สามารถ ftp ได้แล้ว เข้า database ได้ แต่ยังมีอยู่ 4-5 เว็บที่ยังเข้าไม่ได้ ขึ้น forbidden เหมือนเดิม เค้าให้แก้ไข
พอดีเมื่อคืนดึกมาก ผมง่วงนอนเลย bye bye ก่อน ง่วงมากแล้วเค้าส่งเมลด้านบนมา เหมือนจะให้แก้ไขซึ่งเป็นเว็บที่เข้าไม่ได้บางส่วน
ไม่ทราบว่าผมควรจะแก้ไข หรือ ลบอะไรตรงไหนดีครับ เป็นเว็บทำเงินซะด้วย ขอบคุณครับ  wanwan031

ถ้าจะย้ายไปที่อื่น ก็กด Full Backup ละย้ายไปได้เลยครับ

แล้ว Email ไปหา Hostgator ว่า ผมย้ายเว็ปไซต์ที่มีปัญหาไป Hosting อื่นแล้ว

ทำ fullbackup จะมีผลยังไงหรอครับ พอดียังไม่กล้ากด  wanwan009 เพราะ เห็นมันไม่สามารถเลือก domain ได้เลย
ตอนนี้ผมมี domain 20 กว่าอัน แต่ที่มันใช้ไม่ได้โดน block มี 4 เว็บอ่ะครับ ต้องการย้ายแค่ 4 เว็บนี้  wanwan022

กด Full Backup -- Backup ทั้งหมดบน user นั้นครับ

กดไปมันก็จะ Backup ทั้งหมด แล้วคุณก็ไปยังโฮสใหม่ที่จะย้าย restore ขึ้นไป

แล้วลบโดเมนทั้งหมดที่ไม่ต้องการย้ายมาทิ้ง แค่นั้นก็ได้ละครับ

chat หรือส่ง ticket บอกให้ support เปิดให้เราใช้งานเว็บให้ได้ก่อนแล้วค่อย set ครับ
(ลองดูไฟล์ .htaccess บางที support ไปปรับแก้ไฟล์นี้ทำให้เราใช้งานไม่ได้ ผมเคยแอบลักไก่ แก้ไฟล์นี้เองเลย)

หรือไม่ถามไปเลยว่าจะให้แก้ปัญหายังไง ตามที่คุณ @HostGator แนะนำครับ
