At this point in time, the only Shipping that complies with pay pal is 25 dollars. Its fast, and comes with 100$ insurance, and the Delivery Confirmation that Pay Pal Requires of me.

If you know of another shipping agency that ships from the USA with delivery or signature confirmation, please let me know.

I will hold this item for as long as you need to decide.

The item is brand new, correct. New and un used. I will plug a cable of my own in to test.

If you have any US address, its just 6 bucks!

The last option, if you leave me a positive feed back now, I can mail it cheaper, because leaving a positive feed back Voids pay pal from being liable.

Thats totally up to you. Its 14 dollars for normal mail, 6-10 day, that can be done if you wanna leave me the feed back first!

Or if you know if a shipping option through some agency that can offer delivery or signature confirmation.

As of right now. The Only thing I know, is that the United states post offices offers their express overseas delivery, but it costs 25-30 dollars.

It does get there fast, and it does have insurance up to the value you paid. And it has that Signature confirmation that Pay Pal REQUIRES.

คนขายมี feedback เท่าไหร่ครับ
ถ้าหน้าใหม่ ไม่มี feedback มันจะมีกฏที่ว่า paypal จะ hold เงินไว้จนกว่าเราจะไ้ด้ feedback score+5 อะไรประมาณนี้ครับ แต่เป็นผมไม่ให้ดีกว่า ยอมจ่ายแพง ให้มันก่อนเด๋วมันพลิกลิ้นจะให้ neg feedback ไม่ได้เลย
ตอนนี้ feedback สำคัญมากครับ โดน ลบ ถอนไม่ได้แถมถ้าโดนลบมากๆ ขายไม่ได้อีก
